High B6 levels

Wow! This post made me the happiest I have been in a long time! I am only 26 and I've been diagnosed with ALS.

A lot of what I have is unlike ALS but I do have similar symptoms. So here's the best part:

My B6 level is 358, normal range is 20 -125

My B12 level is >1500 (off the chart), normal range is 180 - 914

So, I cut out all B vitamins and consumed twice as much water until I was tested 6 weeks down the road.

My B6 level was 230, and B12 was still off the chart.

But, I have slowed down the twitching and progression of the "ALS"

So, I believe it is all B related and I would really like to talk with you more about it if you're ok with it?

Thanks

I think everyone is individual.  For me, 37 was toxic.  Maybe for you 55 is okay.  Just be cautious about strange neuological symptoms.
