I really hate when I mess up..I over drew my bank account today and it cost me $35 to cover a check..darn it! Like I can afford to throw away $35..I had a good physical therapy appointment and found really cheap gas but all of it got tainted cuz I over drew my account..poo!
My eats for the day:
Coffee (when you get up at 3:30 am...that tends to be the way you start the day)

Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1/2 apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
2nd Breakfast or breakfast snack: 1 flakey roll with peanut butter and imm honey (sf of course)
24 oz herb tea on the drive into town for the physical therapy and while I was there..
24 oz drink mix with alittle ice (before I left the pt office) Hawaiian Punch Orange
24 oz drink mix with more ice while I was shopping, GV Energy Wild Strawberry Caffeinated
Lunch: a huge bowl of turkey noodle vegetable soup - the last of it. I ate the whole pot myself over these last three days..and it was good. Their loss, I tell ya.
snack: 1 sugar free peanut butter cookie
double espresso latte with frothed soy milk
24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
Dinner: 1/3 lb cheese burger, bacon, sandwich thin with barbecue sauce
I need another container of water. I had all my vitamins..and did my exercises at home twice and at the physical therapist once as well..
I did alright..tomorrow I start on my manicotti crepes..
