What a hectic day! But a good one..I got alittle exercise while on my lunch, grocery shopping and alittle more after work doing the same..The animals are crazy tonight..The old cat is getting alittle more ***** he's playing with the kitten..The problem is that the kitten has lost his mind and tried to climb dear hubby twice while he was in the recliner..not a safe thing to do with Poppa..I had to put the kitten in time out for a while..

    My eats today:

4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, small pear and sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Black Licorice Tea

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc chicken breast deli meat

    9:30 am 1 small orange

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

1:00 pm 3/4 cup chili con carne and 4 oz chicken breast

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin and Mango

    3:30 pm 1 hardboiled egg

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated

6:30 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin and the last piece of sugar free cake

About as good as I could hope for..I do need more water. I'll probably have a nice warm cup of tea before bed..

Good for you for getting your walk on during lunch.
lol your household sounds like a place my son would just LOVE w/ al the animals!

Me - im really friggin tired. My tails really been dragging for the past couple of days. Work is rough but not bad - just uber busy & some late nights. Im thinking its b/c Im not taking all my vits (shippment hasnt arrived yet) & not getting enough protein - ?? nevertheless, i was still really excited to report in.

I woke up a bit early & did 10 mins on the elliptical.
    My "eats":

    Breakfast:
    coffee coffee (24 oz)
10 oz tomato juice (you know - i actually like that stuff)
    later... at the office:
about 2 c of cream of wheat w/ unjury protein powder & 1/2 c of milk
    6oz FF greet yogury
    16oz coffee

    lunch:
    about 2 c of spinach & egg salad (w/10 croutons, 1/4c parmesean, 1 cherry tomatoe & oil & vinegar)
    16 oz cranberry CL
20 oz cherry limeaide CL w/ 2 scoops of fiber :)
    8oz water

    Dinner:
14oz golden mushroom soup (campbells - it was actually very tasty)
    4oz water
    20oz tomato juice
    10oz CL ice tea
    6oz 2% (LF) greek yogurt

    TOTALS (my calculations/OH tracker):
    Cal - 1090/1238
    Fat - 18.8/26
    Protein - 84.5/151.4

**note the absense of wine! :)
BTW - im hand writing/logging my intake in a journal. I am noticing how much easier this is making things. Althought Im not seeing any "result" on the scale. Its really only been a week & a half maybe since ive been hitting below the 1k cal mark. I guess thats indicative of how difficult it really is to lose weight.

off to get ready - hopes you have a great day!

No excuses for not taking vitamins..My tail has been dragging lately and my mind has been in a fog. That's when I noticed that I wasn't taking my B-12..damn it..I"m better than that..so do take your vitamins, even if you have to get the cheaper ones that are local while you wait for your shipment of *the good stuff*...B complex is mandatory for me..or I'm just stupid!

Wow..look at your numbers! Low low low..but that protein number is a-freakin-MAZING!

You'll see results, I'm sure of it. If you've been getting exercise you may even need to increase your calories but give it a bit of time and see..

Keep up the good work..See ya!

Didn't post last night.  Was really knocked out from my monthly visitor and ended up going to bed before I posted.  Felt funny about it, but had to go to sleep.  So here is my food from yesterday:

    B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes
Starbucks iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
    1.5 x 16.9 oz water
L: 2 x slices protein bread, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free apricot jam
    2.5 x 16.9 water
S: Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe Bar
    23.7 oz water
D: 1/2 cup brown rice, sweet italian sausage, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 to 3/4 cup mushroom/onions, 1/4 cup roasted garlic alfredo sauce

    1477 calories, 67 fats, 108 carbs, 90.5 protein

I woke up this morning and I am under 200 pounds (199.8) I am so grateful.  I am getting tons of benefits besides the weight loss - increased energy, my attitude is good, I feel connected to the world, my fear and anxiety has decreased a ton - but it is so nice to see the scale go down and feel my clothes fit better.  Yeah for all of us!!!!  See you all tonight :)
