    Accountability - Friday

The end of a really long long week! I'm so tired of this week I could barely make it the last half hour of the day..whew..It's probably cuz of the horrible night sleep I got last night..I tried to use a pillow to hold up my left arm..and it definitely didn't work for me. I was in so much pain, I cried! I had to get up and sit for a while before the throbbing went away. My patience was short today too..Just plain cranky like a baby who didn't get enough sleep..

    My eats today:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, small pear and sf pancake syrup

6:45 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Caramel

8:45 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc chicken breast deli meat

9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango

11:30 am 1/2 serving tuna casserole, 4 oz chicken breast left overs and 1/4 cup canned peas

12:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry

1:00 pm (second lunch!) 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup cooked ground beef, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, 3 corn chips, 1T cilantro dressing

3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Peach Mango Caffeinated

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wylers Peach Tea

6:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin with barbecue sauce

A nice end to a really long day..

    Totals for the day:

There is a recipe for a meat crust pizza that I heard about..you press lean ground beef into a pie pan really really thin and bake it..pour off any grease and then add the pizza sauce and toppings with cheese...and re-bake..It gives you the taste without the carbs..I haven't tried it but it sounds YUMMY..
