Well, today was sort of a 50/50 day..not great..not bad. Shopping and cleaning..pretty much active all day. I got most of my vitamins in and will have the others before bed..

My eats (without totals or times)

    coffee

1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

espresso and coffee with soy milk (24 oz totall)

2nd breakfast: 1/2 egg burrito and another coffee

24 oz drink mix with ice

Lunch: 4 oz chicken breast cooked

24 oz drink mix with ice

    24 oz herb tea

Dinner: maybe a cup of meat loaf, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with gravy, 1 broccoli flowerette and 1 cauliflower flowerette covered in cheese sauce

dessert: I took a nice size piece of sugar free cake but could only take two or three bites before I started feeling nauseated..mmm. it tasted really good but I just couldn't eat another bite.

24 oz drink mix with alittle ice

I'm still feeling pretty nauseated...so I'll be going to bed.

It was an okay day, not great (cuz of the cake!) but I'll take it and see what tomorrow brings.

    How did you do?

Hey Dawn - Sorry to hear your not feeling well.  I hope when you read this Sunday your feeling better.  Here is my food for today:

    B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes
    23.7 oz water
2/3 Starbucks iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
    L:  2/3 chicken quesadilla on a 12inch flour tortilla
    24 oz diet peach snapple
    16.9 oz water
D:  flatout flatbread, 6 oz boneless/skinless chicken thigh, 2 tbsp jalapeno ranch dressing, 2 tbsp salsa, spinach, shredded carrots/red cabbage, yellow bell pepper, 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese

    1464 calories, 72 fats, 88 carbs, 117.5 protein

Really good totals today.  Struggled a little bit this afternoon with wanting versus needing food.  Ended up waiting it out and not eating and low and behold it passed and I lived without eating anything.  I think I am going to add another 5 prunes in the afternoon to help with "movement" so to speak.  I have been hesitating to do it because it would mean another 100 calories and 23 carbs, but it would also be helping my body operate betterr, so I think it's worth it in the long run.  It feels responsible to be looking at food is way.  :).  See you tomorrow.

Yeah, by the time I got my head on the pillow I was feeling much better.

Don't worry so much about the vegetative carbs..I had to come to terms with that because of a gallbladder attack some time back..I was eating mostly protein, even fatty protein (fried stuff) and it was sludging up my gallbladder..yuk..That apple in the morning is less carbs than the pear but still..both are golden to my gallbladder!

You are doing awesome. Your numbers look great. Keep up the good work. See ya.
