Big time lazy day.  Watched movies and slept.  Here's the food for the day:

B:  2 slices protein bread, 1.5 large eggs, 1/4 cup 2% milk, sugar free french vanilla syrup, 1 tbsp butter, 1 packet stevia
1.5 cups 2% milk, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 packet stevia
    24 oz diet peach snapple
L: 5 oz tuna, 1 tbsp mayo, mustard, onion, mustard, 21 sea salt soy crisps
    S: 8 prunes
    24 oz diet peach snapple
D:  6 oz boneless/skinless chicken thighs, 1.5 slices swiss cheese, 1 tbsp butter, flatout flatbread, onions
S:  1/2 double chocolate sugar free brownie

    1855 calories, 85.5 fats, 119.5 carbs, 138 protein

I feel pretty full.  Very peaceful and calm and happy that I have gotten through another weekend sticking to the meal plans I set out for myself.  Have meal plans set up through Tuesday so far and breakfast and lunch made for tommorrow.  All i have to do now is drink a little more liquid and then go to sleep...look forward to hearing how you did.

Happy late Sunday (happy monday!) I also thought I was getting a nice peaceful Sunday..not so. How in the world do drama and church go together? Well, they do. So my bible study teacher quit. sigh..In other news, dear hubby told me he was gonna try and go on line and do our taxes (he's not the accountant, I am) I don't wanna go to jail so I had to step up..and those tax forms are confusing even for me. After three hours of going back and forth between the 1040A then 1040 and Schedule A..then BACK to 1040A..I think I have it pretty well started. It's not encouraging cuz we have no deductions and therefore no refund..

    My eats for Sunday

    Coffee

Breakfast (protein waffles and pancake syrup-no fruit)

24 oz coffee espresso latte on the way to church

    2nd breakfast: 1/2 egg burrito

24 oz drink mix with water (and more house work..)

24 oz drink mix with water

Lunch: Banquet Meatballs and Marinara and cooked soy protein crumbles over 1 cup of cooked cabbage

24 oz drink mix with water

Dinner: started out with about 4 oz of steak but it was really tough..I think I ended up with maybe 3 oz, 1/2 a small baked potatoe and green beans

I was doing good before dinner (834,42.9,63.9, 59.1) But I lost track after that..No dessert just taxes (stupid taxes!)

You did great! I didn't do too bad for the day I had. Monday is another day. Thanks for stepping in for us! I was pretty consumed with tax forms! See ya.

I need to find a crispy, salty, pro-protein treat for me..instead of honey roasted peanuts..it's driving me crazy!
