Post Date: 1/30/12 5:45 pm I try and keep my protein about 30% of the total calories but you do need carbs too. I just make sure that most of the carbs I eat are vegetative (fruits or veggies) and not starchy like bread, pasta, rice..or even potatoes to an extent..
I'm not sure there's a site that discusses carbs and proteins so much..Just what I've picked up and then verified in searches..If you consume high protein, you will need alot of water to help out your kidneys..
