Hey Dawn - I am so glad the day is almost over.  I feel like I have a pinched nerve in my back and it's killing me.  Anyway, here's my food for today:

    B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 1 packet stevia
Starbucks iced venti 2% sugar free latte
    2 x 16.9 oz water
L:  2 slices protein bread, 4 oz boneless/skinless chicken thighs, 1 tbsp jalapeno ranch dressing, 1 slice cheddar cheese
    2 x 16.9 oz water
    S:  5 prunes
D:  1/2 cup brown rice, sweet italian sausage, 1 tbsp butter, mushrooms/onions/spinach, 1/4 roasted garlic alfredo sauce
    24 oz diet peach snapple

    1497 calories, 69.5 fats, 108 carbs, 93.5 protein

So I am getting constipated and this worries me.  I am drinking a bunch of liquid, I have some caffeine on board to help, plenty of fiber and the prunes - so what more???

My sure fire cure for constipation is sugar free chocolate. Right on the label it says consuming too much has a laxative effect..if I'm gonna have to eat something to help me on that, it's gonna have to be something that feels like cheating..I think three of them is 140 calories and well worth it. I get mine at Winco in the bulk bins..I love the peanutbutter melts and vanilla caramel melts (covered with chocolate for sure!)

My shoulder was killing me Saturday when we went to a friend's house for dinner. She had a heating pad on her chair and I stole that chair most of the night! It helped my shoulder so much, I had to dig out my pad for me at home now.

Awesome numbers and list. Low low low calories..Isn't it amazing when you are busy now, you forget to eat? I never in my life figured I would forget to eat..I used to think skinny people who said that were nuts and mental cases..LOL who knew?

Keep up the good work...see ya.

I know huh. i remember right after my procedure i would have to remind myself that i needed to eat.
Its been just about 3 weeks since ive been doing this "liquid" diet thing & I think/feel like ive really made some improvements - Im actually starting to get used to this & more importantly im mentally reconnecting w/ that "full" feeling (say - after having just a protein shake or 8oz of homemade chicken soup broth).
Ive also been noticing what/how the skinny folks in my group say/act. b/c im surrounded by young triathelites & such who are always drinking protein shakes & eating salads lol
yesterday my of my colleagues (also super skinny) told me she had popcorn for dinner one night & a hard boiled egg as an evening snack. it clicked in my mind right there - this IS what skinny ppl do!

    Have a great day :)
