The hardest part of this journey is change. The hardest thing to change is my MIND..and by changing my mind I mean that whole bad day-bad me vicious cycle that I get into. I do something that is failure and then I figure I'm a failure and then I figure why bother changing or trying? I'm just bad and make bad choices..That's not true. I know it's not true but that stupid nasty voice inside of me that echos what I've been told about myself since I could listen to people says it to me over and over..

I hear my grandmother saying things like "You're big boned." "You're husky" "Do you really need that?" and that voice inside of me turns all that into bad self talk..

You did really good for the day Friday..Carbs down, protein up and the carbs were good ones..pumpkin seeds! soy crisps, pickles, almonds, prunes..really good carbs...I need to make another loaf of protein bread this weekend, maybe.

    Keep up the good work.
