So the hunger has to do with carbs? I was hungry for a couple of days when I first started coming back around but it has gotten much better. I am hungry right now as I type this but thats because I haven't eaten dinner yet and its time to be hungry (its cooking).
Sorry you didn't get a solid night's sleep. I hope you do tonight. Work went better today than yesterday. Still insanely busy, but was able to laugh at it more. Went to the Overeater's Anonymous meeting tonight and am so grateful I went. It feels good to be able to go there. Also I did my weekly weigh-in this morning. Not exactly thrilled with what the scale said, but I am thrilled with what I am putting in my body. I think I am eating the right things in the right amounts, so I will just wait and see (no pun intended).
Here is my food for today:
32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed and Stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup quinoa, cheese, ham and roasted red pepper casserole
32oz water and pm vitamins
Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
16oz diet peach snapple
D: Whole Wheat Flatout Flatbread, 1/2 cup fat free refried beans/seasoned ground turkey/sauteed onions, 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Cals: 1535, Fat: 66, Carbs: 111, Protein: 111 Weight this am: 200.4
