    Accountability - Wednesday

    I'm so brain dead this evening! These 12 hour days are really not helping my brain power. Makes it hard to remember to eat..makes it hard to keep on track. But I could stand to lose a couple of pounds so I'm not gonna stress it much until I get down below 125.

    My eats:

    5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

    5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, SF pancake syrup

    6:00 am double espresso latte

    6:45 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda

    8:15 am 1 oz jack cheese, 1 pc chicken deli meat

    9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

    11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated

    1:00 pm lunch: can of albacore tuna, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 medium tomatoe, 1 oz thousand island dressing

    2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated

    5:00 pm 1 small nectarine

    5:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with very little ice, if any! Non-caffeinated

    6:30 pm 4.5 oz stewed chicken breast and 3 medium cooked carrots

    Calories: 1227
    Fat: 54.0
    Carbs: 76.0
    Protein: 115.0

    Actually pretty darn good. I think tomorrow night I'll go to bed about 7 pm..and maybe also sleep the entire weekend..

    Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

     Wow great numbers!  I hate it when things are so busy with work I can't think.  Things started to get busy right away at work and I could feel myself start to loose it, but I kept my cool and everything ended up working out.  Thank God I didn't freak out.

    Here is the food for the day:

    32oz water and am vitamins
    B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
    Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
    L:  1 cup white chicken chili with hominy, roasted tomatoes and masa
    32oz water and pm vitamins
    S:  Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
    Iced grande sugar free vanilla 2% latte
    D:  Starbucks reduced fat, turkey bacon, egg white breakfast sandwich on whole wheat english muffin

    Cals:  1386, Fat:  43, Carbs:  128, Protein:  105

    Got to go make lunch for tommorrow.  Wednesday nights are tough.  I don't get home until 8:30pm and I still have to wash dishes and make lunch for the next day.  Wahhh.  Okay, I'm done.  Type at you tomorrow :)
