I'm so brain dead this evening! These 12 hour days are really not helping my brain power. Makes it hard to remember to eat..makes it hard to keep on track. But I could stand to lose a couple of pounds so I'm not gonna stress it much until I get down below 125.
My eats:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, SF pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso latte
6:45 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda
8:15 am 1 oz jack cheese, 1 pc chicken deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
1:00 pm lunch: can of albacore tuna, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 medium tomatoe, 1 oz thousand island dressing
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
5:00 pm 1 small nectarine
5:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with very little ice, if any! Non-caffeinated
6:30 pm 4.5 oz stewed chicken breast and 3 medium cooked carrots
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1227
Fat: 54.0
Carbs: 76.0
Protein: 115.0
Actually pretty darn good. I think tomorrow night I'll go to bed about 7 pm..and maybe also sleep the entire weekend..
