FINALLY..what a long day..the end of a really long week..I woke up with back pains this morning..it was like a horrible spasm right where my right kidney is located..something said kidney infection to me so when I got up I ground up a cup of cranberries that I had frozen..but that didn't seem to make much of a difference in the spasms or the pain..ouch. I suffered with it for several hours cuz I really needed to be at work with us so short handed (7 person office down to 3..) so after lunch I finally decided to head to urgent care..wellmeaning friends are concerned about my health so much so they bugged me most of the day.
Turns out it was nothing more than a muscular spasm..the doctor just re-assured me that what I thought was what she thought too. So, a good night sleep with some pain pills and I'll be fine.

Dinner: pork chop and 1/2 small baked potato
sugar free wafer cookies
