    Accountability - Monday

    Today started slowly but caught up later. I was so sore today but worked my way through it..and when I got home I didn't veg out..I moved roof tiles. I moved over 200 rooftiles to a new stack on new pallets..and I found out there must be much more than 2500 of them in that stack..probably more like 5000...

    My eats for the day:

    coffee

    waffle with cherries (10 of them) and sf pancake syrup

    double espresso latte

    24 oz herb tea

    1 oz colby jack cheese and turkey breast deli meat

    24 oz drink mix and water..non- caffeinated

    24 oz drink mix and water non caffeinated

    10 cherries

    lunch: 4 oz chicken breast baked, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/2 medium cucumber, 1 small tomato and 1 oz zesty italian dressing

    24 oz drink mix with water caffeinated

    24 oz drink mix with water non-caffeinated

    1 hard boiled egg

    24 oz drink mix with water, non caffeinated

    dinner: 4 oz broiled pork chop, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup mixed veggies canned

    after dinner I stacked more rooftiles..and made a loaf of sf banana bread for a party tomorrow at work.

    totals for the day:
    Calories: 1233
    Fat: 54.9
    Carbs: 84.9
    Protein: 109.1

    Now those are some great numbers..I am happy with those..I'm also pretty darn tired..I figure my doctor told me to do some weight training and carrying rooftiles must fit that bill perfectly..I am still pretty thirsty.

    Today was good.  Stressful but not horrible.  I am going to post the food and get to bed.  Still very tired.  

    32oz water and am vitamins
    B:  1/2 cup cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
    Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
    L:  1 cup white chicken chili with hominy and roasted tomatoes
    32oz water and pm vitamins
    S:  Pure protein choco deluxe bar
    D:  15 shrimp, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp mayonaisse, red onion, 15 soy crisps, pear

    Cals:  1488, Fat:  67,  Carbs:  85.5,  Protein:  111

    The pear is stuck as I type.  Not comfortable.  Going to sleep  G'night :)

    I notice you reference "drink mix" a lot.  What kind do you drink if I may ask?  Thank you.  I am getting tired of Crystal Light.
    I'm glad you asked..there are several..Walmart's generic Great Value brand. Arizona Tea has some in the coffee/tea isle..Liptons used to have a Peach Mango tea that I liked but now it's got sugar in it..not so much!

    Wyler's has some great flavors, Hawaiian Punch has some great flavors..Sometimes I even make Kool-aid with splenda..They have a really good Mango Peach or Strawberry that's great too.
