Has anyone tried Atkins?  Did it work for you?  Any problems?

Hi!  After the surgery didn't seem to be helping much anymore (a couple years out), I went ahead and went low carb.  I haven't had any issues doing it and have lost an additional 30 lbs. 

I feel much better on low carb and no dumping syndromes since I don't try to eat bad stuff.

Unfortunately, last week I "went on vacation" and ate whatever I wanted (carbs).  I gained a little weight back and felt miserable from eating *&^%& food.  Today, I restarted Atkins induction and I have to tell you, I feel better already and much more in control.
