Your numbers are great! The trip with your daughter sounds like it would be fun. I feel like I need to get away. In the last three days I have almost gotten into three car accidents, two on the freeway all would have been my fault, all from not paying attention. I feel like its just from being way too stressed out. It is not like me to do this. Saturday we are going to go out of town to see my newphew play in his first All-Star little leaque game. Sunday I am going to just chill out.

B: 2 slices protein brean, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free apricot jelly
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
Part skim milk string cheese stick - I got a hypoglycemic attack, had to get some protein
L: 1 cup quinoa, cheese, ham casserole
32oz water andpm vitamins
S: Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
D: Flatout Flat bread, 1/2 cup fat free refried beans/seasond ground turkey/sauteed onions, 1/4 cup cheese
Cals: 1582, Fat: 67, Carbs: 107, Protein: 112 (doesn't include the cheese stick)
All in all good. As I have said before I am very happy with my food and my stats. I feel like it is reasonable. I think the most that needs to change is adding more veggies and fruits. Otherwise I am good.
