    Saturday Accountability

     Ooh I love my weekends.  The day got better.  My husband and I talked. I got to relax and enjoyed some alone time at Starbucks.  Now for a day of light cleaning and movie watching and beading.  Heaven!

    Here is yesterdays food:

    32oz water and am vitamins
    B:  1 slice protein bread, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 3 thin slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese
    Iced venti sugar free vanilla latte
    L:  28 almonds, Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Protein Bar
    32oz water and pm vitamins
    D:  Flatout flatbread, 1/2 cup roasted garlic alfredo sauce, 6 oz chicken
    S:  Supreme Protein bar

    Cals: 1751, Fat: 88, Carbs: 64, Protein: 143.5

    You did a darn site better than me..I woke up really late and didn't do much of anything since hubby decided that his time would be better served painting a car we can sell than sitting at a yard sale..so we skipped it. That's okay, I already made $70 from selling the fireworks and my left over cd collection to my friend..'

    For the most part, I ate the same things I usually eat but we had a barbecue and I ate a chicken leg for dinner..I saw that my totals were gonna be pretty low so I wasn't concerned about having a wine cooler and some potato salad..oh and some chips..

    So my totals:

    Calories: 1279
    Fat: 62.3
    Carbs: 96.1
    Protein: 75.2

    pretty low..but alright..and I got a bunch done with the housework.
    Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
