I'm sorry about your days. It sounds like it was one of those "when it rains it pours" kinds of days. My day was okay. No big deals except the hives I have been getting appear to be stress. I have been getting them for the last several weeks. I never had them before (probably because I buried my stress in buckets of Kentucky Fried). Oh well, Claritin seems to be working for now and I am learning how to deal with the stress a little better...

Weighed myself today and was at 193, down 3 pounds from last week. Pretty happy about that. Get some sleep. You need it...
