     Happy Fourth of July.  No big deals today at all.  Sort of boring actually and that was okay by me.

    Here's the food:

    B: 1 slice protein brea, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 2 slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese
    16oz diet snapple peach tea and am vitamins
    Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
    16oz water
    L:  5oz tuna, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp mayo, no sugar added bread and butter pickle spear, 21 sea salt soy crisps, nectarine
    16oz diet peach snapple and am vitamins
    D:  4oz steak, 1/2 cup greek yogurt w/cocoa powder & stevia, 1 slice protein bread
    S: peanut butter & jelly supreme protein bar
    16oz diet peach snapple

    Cals: 1570, Fat: 55, Carbs: 80.5, Protein: 131.5
