Well, today went alittle better than I thought it would..I gave the whole stinkin mess up to God and let it happen the way He wants it..Now, that's not to say I didn't have a melt down moment when I tried to process something earlier in the morning..I got a whole lot of frustrated but my boss came to me and speaking in soft tones, talked me down from the cliff..and when one co-worker's voice got to me, I put my headphones on and listened to the BeeGees for a while..and it was good. I also got out into the sunshine a couple of times and THAT was good too..
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1 small nectarine, SF pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte (yup the machine is limping right along!)
7:00 am 24 oz iced coffee with plain soy milk and splenda
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
11:00 am 1 peanutbutter chocolate protein bar (home made..yum!)
12:00 pm 24 oz drink mix non-caffeinated
1:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast baked and 1.5 cups broccoli slaw home made with craisins
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Wyler's half tea half lemonade
6:00 pm 4 oz stewed beef roast and 2 medium carrots
totals for the day:
Wow..I was too busy to worry about what I ate and it shows. I did alright. I need to get better about my vitamins..I still have a dose of calcium to take but I still have time.
I missed yesterday completely but it was due to too much fun at a friends' house for 4th of July..I ate pork ribs and cole slaw (the same cole slaw I ate today, in fact..good stuff)
I'm happy with this day.
