FRIDAY..and that's alright with me!
My eats:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1 small nectarine, SF pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix non-caffeinated
1:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 2 small tomatoes and raspberry vineagrate.
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
4:00 pm 1 small flour tortilla and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with no ice (cuz it melted) non-caffeinated
6:30 pm 1 cup chicken pot pie..dear hubby is getting pretty good at making these things..we had left over carrots and potatoes from the other day and he put in cooked chicken breast meat..it was YUMMY

Fat: 77.1
Carbs: 109.3
Protein: 98.9
Might have been better on the protein..and less on the carbs but I chose to eat a tortilla with peanut butter and then hubby made a chicken pot pie from scratch..not bad..
I'm hoping for a great weekend and alot more money on the garage sale tomorrow..
