Ugh...those roof tiles are going to do you in. Either them or the dogs. I did okay. I made a sugar free, greek yogurt cupcakes (sugar free devils's food cake mix, 1 cup greek yogurt, 1.25 cup water) and ended up licking the bowl. Felt quilty about it but called my OA sponsor and another OA member and got past it. Those cupcakes are in the freezer and I think they are going to be good (134 calories, 4 grams fat, 15 carbs and 4 grams protein).
Anyway, today was pretty relaxing and okay with the food:

B: Starbucks bacon and gouda breakfast sandwich
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L; 3 slices protein bread, 3 thin slices hame, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese, nectarine
32oz water and pm vitamins
16oz diet peach snapple
D: 6 oz pork ribs
S: peanut butter and jelly protein bar
Cals: 1646, Fat: 70.5, Carbs: 96.5, Proteins: 124
