B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
Iced Venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 15 shrimp, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp mayo, 21 soy crisps, nectarine
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: 6 oz chicken, 1/4 cup grated cheese, 2 tbsp jalapeno rancho dressing, 2 tbsp salsa, romaine lettuce, yellow pepper, 2 tbsp avacado, peppercinis, grated carrots, shredded red cabbage
S: Peanut butter and jelly protein bar
Cals: 1578, fat: 79, Carbs: 86, Protein: 130
Good deal. Ran around work in the heat like a freak. Could tell in the afternoon that I needed my water - was starting to get a headache, so I drank it. May need to drink another bottle today on top of what I normally drink.
