Hi,

I just started devrom for my Death Gas. I think it was yesterday? I took the max dosage yesterday but I am not noticing a difference. Is it one of those things that will work immediately or needs to build up in your system? My fiance is understanding but I can tell the gas grosses him out and on top of all my other issues I am afraid of being intimate due to the chance of a mid-coitus fart! ugh.  Should I give it a few days to work?

YES Maggie, give it a little bit of time, I've taken Devrom off and off over the past 9 years and each time I restart it seems to take several days to be effective.
