     Late again...by the time I get around to thinking about posting the days eats the day is over and I can'ttype.  Anyway, here is my food from yesterday:

    32oz water and am vitamins
    B:  Starbucks ham and cheese breakfast sandwich
    Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
    Supreme protein bar
    16oz diet peach snapple and pm vitamins
    L:  3 slices protein bread, 3 slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1/2 nectarine
    16oz diet peach snapple
    D: 4 oz pork ribs, Flatout flatbread
    S:  7oz 2% greek yogurt w/cocoa powder/stevia/sugar free white chocolate syrup mixed in, sugar free devil's food cupcake

    Cals: 1934, Fat: 79, Carbs: 118.5, Protein: 152

    Huge day, that happens on the weekend.  Glad that day is over.  Type at you Monday.

    Here's to never forgetting where I came from so I never have to return...
    Better late than what I've been doing..I ate things I couldn't possibly calculate the stats on this weekend so I flaked out completely..I ate my hubbies lasagna on Saturday with tortilla chips but then also had deviled eggs..Sunday I had Banquet frozen meal of salisbury steak with cheese sauce..and left over cole slaw..I'm sure my carbs were way high..You did great..150 protein? THAT'S AMAZING..even at 1900 calories.
    Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
