    Accountability Saturday (Late Edition)

     Good morning.  I am really late posting my food but had a great day.  I didn't do much and it was wonderful.  Did learn some new beading techniques, cleaned the house and hung out at Starbucks.  My husband is in Ventura for the weekend which means I have the house to myself and I am thoroughly enjoying it.

    Here is yesterday's food:

    16oz diet peach snapple and am vitamins
    B: Starbucks ham, cheese and egg breakfast sandwich
    Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
    L: salad with boneless/skinless chicken thighs, cheese, avacado, grated carrots, red cabbage, red pepper, peppercinis, jalapeno ranch dressing, salsa and 1/2 Flatout flatbread
    48oz diet peach snapple w/pm vitamins
    D: 4oz BBQ ribs
    S: Suprme Protein Bar

    Cals: 1501, Fat: 71.5, Carbs: 64.5, Proteins: 114.5
