Looking for information on Eldo E. Frezza MD

I had my Laparoscopic RNY in 2005 from Dr. Freeza at Texas Tech.  Then he kinda vanished.  I know where he is practicing, and I have seen a lot of references to lawsuits and him "leaving town" but I honestly need to know what is going on and what happened.  I am seeking a revision and need a lot of information.
