Two surgeons refused to do my revision.  I feel for you and am in a situation where I am not losing weight at all.  I just posted a message about this same issue.

I had my gastric bypass revision Sept. 17 and I am home recovering.  My original bypass was 10 years ago.  I started slowly experiencing weight gain (lost 130 pounds) and it continued to get worse over time.  I kept thinking I had done something and "messed" it up.  I finally had such a horrible situation with GERD, no energy, and weight gain that I went to a bariatric surgeon here in Orlando.  The Upper GI showed I had a "Mechanical Failure" of the surgery.  My pouch and old stomach "re-connected" a fistula (or ulcer) formed where the two re-connected and the contents of my pouch were going straight in to my old stomach.  This also formed a stricture ....basically I had a big mess.  I am starting to feel a little better now as the revision surgery has been harder than the first surgery.
