Antidepressants

I am 10 years out, have lost just over 100lbs and kept it off. My question is, what antidepressant has helped others with not putting the weight back on?

Unfortunately there is no antidepressant that prevents weight gain. I can tell you I am 12 years out and have been on the same antidepressant for 12 years. I lost 129 lbs and was at a size 4/6 for 8 years then went to a size 2/4 for 3 years and just this past year I have gained 20 lbs and am a size 6/8. The point is, I have been on the same antidepressant this whole time. It is what I have been doing this past year that has made me gain weight...snacking all afternoon and night, sleeping more, no exercise etc. I do believe it is what you do and not what antidepressant you are on that keeps the weight off. The antidepressant I have been taking is celexa 40mg and 100mg of Wellbutrin (I take the generic for both of these).

I would love to hear your progress.
