Today I celebrate my 12th Year Since My WLS

Today I celebrate 12 years since I had my WLS.  I am so elated to say that I lost 100 lbs and have kept it off.  I have struggled from time to time with regain, but have always been able to use my tool to get back on track again.

I owe it all to my surgeon Dr. Robert Bell.

Congratulations!  You are a success.  I'm 8 years out and have had some regain.  I hope to get off the 10-12 lbs. regained.

It is wonderful to see others that are more than 5 years out!! I'm at 6 years and I have experienced about a 10 pound bounce back that I struggle with. Congratulations and keep up the good work!!
