My food plan for tomorrow:
B:Egg, cheddar cheese, apple
L: turkey vegetable casserole, mixed raw veggies
D: rotisserie chicken, raw veggies
3 meals a day, with nothing inbetween. One day at a time.
Breakfast: Tuna creations pouch, 1 small banana
Lunch: 2 yellow corn tortillas that I crisped up in the oven, 2 tbsp roasted garlic hummus, 1/2 c black seedless grapes
snack: chobani plain greek yogurt with 8 grams of sugar free pistachio jello pudding mix added
Dinner: haven't decided yet
