Hi! I had RNY gastric bypass a little over a year ago.  I'm looking for a new support group that is a bit more active in discussions.  I'm so happy that I found this group.  I started my journey at 417lbs.  Currently, I'm at 197lbs.  I've been blogging my journey, but have had a lot of struggles making myself post new entries because of some backlash. The writing process helps me to stay honest with myself. I'd love some feedback from people who know the struggles and rewards. I'd appreciate your opinions!
