I knew it would happen! I knew one year after WLS my  mind was made up that one day I would provide counseling services for WLS peeps!!! And here it is....August, I will be 6 years out from WLS!!! I have maintained my weight. I have found & fallen in love with a new lifestyle. I have built a healthy relationship with food.

I work full-time as a counselor with individuals with disabilities, but have started a private practice to work with individuals pre-& post WLS, those having issues with transfer addictions, etc.

Life is a journey & the journey is the reward....make it count!
