New! And just have questions!

Hey guys! I am new to this whole thing but i am 20 years old, 5'6 and weigh 278 and i am getting the sleeve.. i have everything completed and i was approved for my surgery just 2 weeks ago! I am very excited to start this new chapter of my life.. i have my appointment Sept 18 to just sign papers and finally get my surgery date!! But i was also wondering if anyone else had to wait after getting approved from insurance to make an appointment to sign papers and get a date for their surgery? 

Nope, they approved me for surgery and set everything up by the phone. Hope your date comes quickly!

I didn't need to come in and sign anything, I have Blue Cross HMO.
