    They said to drink tea! lol and water - I am drinking no less than 5 bottles of water each day (16 oz.).
    I also take a BP pill with a slight diaretic in it, I thought the dizy part was when the BP was low, but could be the potassium being low - I wonder how does that affect your body?

    Topic: diarectics/water pill

    I had my RNY surgery 02/13 - I gained 8 pounds while in the hospital from the IV fluids, and am finally back to where I was - however I feel like I am retaining fluid, my doctor said no more diarectics/water pills just wondering if anyone else has been taken off these after surgery.

    I plan to call the office tomorrow but thought I would see what everyone here had to say.
