Thank you. No real seceret. Basically I just track my food daily to make sure I stay on track. I also exercise about 5-6 days a week. Now I do have crappy days when I get off track and eat junk food like potato chips and high carb stuff, but I just make sure to start fresh the next day. Good luck to you on your journey.
