Crystal Lite Pure - Review

I have issues with artificial sweeteners and with drink sticks in general, so I figured I'd give the new Crystal Lite Pure a whirl.  It was pricey at $2.50/7 sticks on sale and I got the kiwi/strawberry flavor.  I added one stick to 32 oz of water which is my usual ratio since I don't like strong drinks (I prefer vitamin water overall).  I have to say it wasn't bad.  No weird after taste, the water was fairly clear and I drank all 32 oz with no issue.  I probably will stick with my Flavor Fusion peach iced tea sticks from Giant Eagle (MUCH cheaper) at the same ratio but if you're looking for something natural and have a coupon, it's not a bad option.

Is this sweetened with something other than aspartame Bridget ? I found crystal lite to be THE way to drink water ( i have a VERY difficult time drinking ****il I started to get heart arrythmias from it .

I cut it out 100% when someone mentioned that could be the cause ... and NO EPISODES for three days  ( fingers are crossed and knocking on desktop)

I sure HOPE that's all it was.....

Thanks !

Yes, it has cane extract I think and also stevia. No aspartame. I get the runs from that which is another thing - I can tolerate it in a tea but not much else.
