I don't see ferritin and that usually goes with iron. Ferritin is your iron stores and you want that in the 200 or better range. Iron you want in the 80-100 range.  It may be time to start supplementing iron but you want something like vitalady's Tender (carbonyl) iron not a drugstore OTC ferrous sulfate iron.  Your iron number isn't all that bad though.

Folate you want up around 20-24 so you may want to add a folic acid sublingual.

Vitamin D3 you want up around 100 or close to it. You probably should start Vitalady Tender dry D3 5,000-10,000IUs a day. That should help your body utilize the calcium you're giving it. I don't see PTH (parathyroid hormone) that usually goes with calcium and D3. You want your PTH in the low 30s, calcium around 9.2 and D3 up near 100.

Your B12 isn't up where it should be. You want it up and over 1,000. A 1,000mcg sublingual may be enough to get you there.

They didn't run vitamin A, E or K this time?  Try to get them to run those and potassium, magnesium and ferritin next time.

You also might want to add another protein shake to your day.

Your AST and ALT liver enzymes are wonderful!

With your calcium on the high side of normal and your vitamin D so low, you really need PTH tested. If it's high, then you need more calcium and more Vitamin D. If it's okay, then just more Vitamin D.

Your total protein is too low, you should probably increase your protein intake - if possible add protein drinks during the day - we absorb them better than food.

Your B12 is way too low, almost in the danger zone.  We want it up around 1200-1500 and can go up to 2000.  Under 500 can put you at risk for nerve damage.  How much are you taking now and is it sublingual?  You need to atleast double what you are taking.  I usually recommend 1000mcg daily but with your level, you probably need 2500mcg daily

Your folate is a little lower than we would like but not terrible.

Your iron isn't terrible but it is hard to judge without a ferritin. I would make sure you are taking carbonyl iron with vitamin C - minimum 60-120mg per day from vitalady.com called Tender iron - they are 60mg per capsule.

Your vitamin D isn't terrible but could be much higher. We want our levels between 80 and 100.  I would recommend taking10,000 units of dry D3 daily from vitalady.com - 5,000 unit capsules called D3-5

You are missing ferritin, iron Sat %, PTH, vitamin A, vitamin B1, selenium, zinc, magnesium, copper, vitamin K

Sandi,
Our doctor doesn't run all of the labs we really need. I just take the lab slip they give us and add everything I want to be done to it. Adrienne told me to go ahead and do it. When Dr. Price saw all of those results he said "I am not sure why we got all of these". I said that I wanted them and added them. He just shook his head and said "Nurses!". He said he didn't know what to do with all of those lab results and I told him not to worry about them, I would deal with them.

I don't think he is all that aware of nutition.
