Good morning, Roz. I'm only 4 weeks out, but this is the best decision I have ever made. Here's my memu today.

Well - scale read 124.5 this morning - but I really think its becasue I cut most my hair off - and I had a LOT of it - lol. Could have been a half pound worth... I forgot to bring my 2nd protein drink with me today - I'll have to get it in when I get home
Going to bed at 8pm definitely helps curb the night time snackie attacks...
B - 2 protein coffees, a regular coffee and another 24OZ gas station coffee
S - 2 oz of cashews (those little buggers are heavy when I weighed them!)
S - Greek Yogurt with 1/2 scoop lemon flavored protein
L - chunk of cheese and an atkis bar
S - cashews
D - rib eye and some corn on the cob

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
