Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

and 2 beers (hey - I've got a long weekend)...

Miles - got my nails done - does that count?  :)

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Good morning! My daughter was able to get her cast yesterday, so hopefully no more drs or hospitals for awhile.

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/1.5 C coffee
S: Carbmaster yogurt
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/12oz water
L: 2oz grilled chicken
S: 1 stalk celery w/PB2
S: 1/2 C cottage cheese
D: 1.5oz chicken w/1/4C spag. sauce
S: 1 pack Quaker Delights

Cal: 682, Fat: 13, Carb: 40, Prot: 103
Water: 5 cups so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: 40 minute walk (day off jogging), 20 minute weights & floor exercises

Did better last night not snacking too much.

Today planned:

PB: coffee w/ cream
B:  3 oz Fage 0% yogurt, sprinkle of splenda, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup Fiber One Orig Cereal
S: peach
L: chicken chutney salad (made w/ 1/2 mayo & 1/2 fage yogurt) w/ lettuce, 1/2 flatout wheat wrap, few soy crisps
S: cherries, 1/2 of a Pure Protein PB Caramel Surprise Bar
D: 1/2 breast of chicken parmigiana, few green beans
S: Pure Protein Frosty Chocolate Shake, w/ 1tb peanut butter

Cals 1,186/ Protein 96

Good morning Roz and Lightweights!!

Busy day with Hubbins and the kids.  Then it's a night of drinking for me as it's my turn.  OoooOOO  I get to have a few tequila shots....LOL

I'll try ti fill it in as the day goes.
