My son just cooked me the best low carb dinner!!!!

My college age son came home for a couple of days and he just fixed me the best low carb dinner. HE made steak roulade with chimichurri and grilled romaine with a ceaser sauce. The steak was flank steak pounded really thin and then rolled up around a carrot, celery, cheese and andouille sausage. He made the ceaser sauce (kind of a thick dressing) himself. He says he misses cooking for people since he doesn't have roommates anymore.

Anyone jealous with their mouth watering?
Cheryl
