Great list.  I may have read it to quickly/missed it, but I needed a pill splitter/crusher.  Found a great one at GNC.  Also, I used extra pillows to help make a barrier on my bed so I wouldn't roll over/move.  And a step stool to get onto my bed - - i guess it's a little high.

Use my immersion blender every day...love it! Great for pureeing in the 1st stages of pre-op.

Now I use it every am to make my protein coffee or hot chocolate. I use my Ninja for frozen smoothies and frappes.

Great list!

I never used the sippy cups...my body would only accept sips. You learn that fast! Too uncomfortable to take anything bigger.

I love my fancy tiny silverware from World Market! It is beautiful and really helps me with my portions.

Thanks for posting these tips. I'm getting ready for my surgery in a couple of weeks and you thought of some things that hadn't occurred to me.

I would add lots of protein shake samples and your vitamins for the first few weeks.
