Post Date: 2/9/12 5:28 am My labs weren't bad although I need to up my iron (36) which I'm doing among other things. I don't feel ill, like I'm coming down with something, but I just feel like I want to sleep. I was in bed by 8:30 last night and asleep by 9 but I'm still exhausted this morning. Yesterday was the same, could hardly keep my eyes open.
It sucks because I have an appointment at 10am and it's 45 mins away. Can't be bothered but have to go.
If my sleepiness is because of lowish b12 (498) and iron, how long will the increased dosages I'm taking now kick in where I have more energy?
