chrio appt this morning then meeting this afternoone.  I am doing my first horsey stuff since my knee over the weekend althought we are suppose to be cold, like the coldest days of the winter so far.  OH well, I bought little boy snow pants a while back so I wil bundle up and stay warm.  I'm looking forward to a weekend out of the house before whatever happens on Wed with my knee.

Nope.  All this PT and Chrio have kept my movement at 85-90 degrees but have not improved anything.  I go in Wed to have it manipulated under general anethesia.  Yuck but hopefully, after that breaking up the scar tissue that is holding it, I will have acceptable movement.  Here's hoping.

Work today, picking up DGD#1 this afternoon for a sleep over tonight.  My sister, her DH and DD are coming to spend the night on their way to Florida tonight - so full house tonight!!  DGD#2 is coming tomorrow afternoon while her mom and dad shop for her birthday present.

I bought some root vegetables yesterday for my weekend cooking.  I'm going to try and find a root vegetable risotto(less the rice) recipe.  It looked so good on Chopped the other week!!
