No miles for me today.  Happy I seem to have finally broken out the 160's.  Boy it took forever!

Jay Robb protein this morning and couple of coffees.

Not sure what I'm having for lunch

Snack will probably be applesauce (lite) and/or cheese stick.  (Those cheese sticks are really handy for a quick snack)

Dinner:  looking forward to this.  Will be making Chicken chasseur (hunter's chicken)  Haven't made it in a few years but it is basically a chicken and tomato based stew with wine and mushrooms in it.  Will serve with cabbage.

    9pm will have second shake

Not sure what my totals will be but I think my menu is good today.  Will update later if I figure it out.

    Hello Roz & LW's!

Been a while since I've posted.  My job has changed and I do not always have the time to come online like I used to and never get online at night after being on a pc all day!  I should make more of an effort to come a few times a week though, I will try working on that!  I am getting lax on recording my eats too which is not good, but at least the scales not moving up, and I am still kickboxing 3 times a week.  In 12 more days my two sisters, myself and my 4 yr old DD are going to Disney parks and the Disney cruise for 9 days total....can't wait!!!
