I bought all of the stuff to make the chips but I haven't done it yet.  Bananas are usually on my "high carb" list.  If I was a runner or exerciser then I woul definitely eat more of them.  DH eats at least one every morning and they do seem to help his leg cramps.

I haven't seen the LC Cinnamon cream cheese.  Do you make it or buy it that way?

    Good Menu!

I buy it from Walmart.  It is in the cream cheese section not where the other Laughing Cow cheese is.

Jogged the Pat Tillman run in AZ  Saturday.  Didn't have to walk at all.  4.2 miles in 54 minutes.  My best time and felt good the whole time.  Needed to refuel as soon as I finished but it was great.

    B: 1/4 protein bar
    S: protein coffee
S: double fibre bread with peanut butter
L: 1/2 apple  + double fibre bread with boarshead turkey and cheese
    S: 1/2 apple
D: leftover Chicken Satay ( basically grilled chicken)

May run tonight if the temp is under 92 when I get home.  We've had an unseasonably warm streak the past few days.--Sorry Roz--looks like we're having the opposite extremes of weather.

    Great job Lin!! Congratulations.

I'm so excited for you!!  You have done a wonderful job taking advantage of your new healthier life!

If I Under 92 that seems so strange to me.  As excited as I am about going on vacation I'm dreading the high temperatures.    It's bright and sunny here today (Tuesday) but still in the 50's.  We have had such a mild winter this year.

    Menus sounds great!

Hey there! My shakes are about 27 g protein w/ the 1/2 cup milk.  I've been exclusively using Syntrax proteins.  I'm not happy w/ my totals thought, as I would like to get into the 90 g range, but have only been hitting the upper 60's/lower 70's as of late.  Yesterday, I ended up having a yogurt instead of a shake, which didn't get me where I wanted to be.  Today, I'm going to try adding some unflavored protein powder to my Greek yogurt & see how that goes.  If that doesn't fly, I more than likely will end up adding double protein to one of my shakes to get where I want to be.

I just can't seem to get enough solid protein in & shakes are a necessity for me.

    Any suggestions?

    Have a great day!
