I agree, hurray for being back on routine. I went to the gym this morning and did my weights and 15 min on the bike. Then to the knee surgeon. He is ok with my progress but says I have to keep working to maintain what I have and maybe get a little more bend. Another 6 months of no pain, no gain. Yuck. Stopped at the Thrift store to reward myself and picked up 3 tops and a pair of pants for $14. Hurray.
Happy to be back on a food routine too. No junk here, thank goodness.
