    Hi Roz,
We are good in this part of Ga.  It has gone below us.  We usually get the outer bands from anything on the coast, but it is just hot, cloudy and very very humid outside.  My DS and his family are suppose to go to Panama City Beach this weekend.  I think they missed most of it too so their trip should be ok.

HI Roz!  Got back into the damn candy again today!  I've managed to stay out of it for a few weeks now...

I don't know what happened last night but I had a few handfuls of cashews and you'd think someone was trying to pry my tummy open.  Never had that before with them.  Not sure why they bothered me so much last night.  I felt nauseated.. almost like I was doing a mini-dump.  It definitely wasn't sugar this time.

I don't think we get anything until Sunday and then it actually may be coming from somewhere else.  We are really dry and could use some rain.

It was beautiful and cool here this morning and I got a quick drive in with chili before having to leave for meetings.  then to the pool.  there was a camp there and the lap lane was closed so I did some exercises in the therapy pool and got in the hot tub.
