I still havn't even figured out where my Rock climbing pictures are.  DSIL upgraded my computer and I can't find stuff.  They usually give me money.  I don't have a clue what it is this year.  I'm hoping it's not more things for my computer.  It is going fast enough now and I really don't want to invest more time or money into it.  There are other things that I would enjoy a lot more.

Are you happy the squash is almost gone or sad?

    Good menu!

Can your DSIL help you find your pictures-LOL!!!  When I got my laptop it had Windows Vista on it and I hate it.  It is so hard for me to find things..

I am glad because I have eaten it every day since Sunday.  It was really good and I enjoyed it.  I was determined to not waste it.  DH will eat things once and then he won't help me fini**** up.  I could have frozen it, but it was a quick no decision lunch item this week.

DSIL said he would help me when they get home from vacation.  I think if I put the time in I will be able to find them.

I've been freezing a lot lately.  I always waste the thin sandwich buns but I decided to individual wrap them and put them in the freezer.  It's funny how I forget somethings in there and then I come upon it.  I had some individual servings of NSA pie filling in there that I found a couple of nights ago.  I'm planning on getting some yogurt for the weekend and that will just do the trick for sweetening it up. Making salmon cakes and freezing them was a great idea...Thanks for suggesting it!

I have a rose garden but I never cut the flowers and take them inside so it's nice when DH buys me some.

You have way to much energy Price!  Did you have this much before WLS?  Hope your knee feels better after a nights rest.

    Sounds Great!

i've never been good at sitting still.  DH laughed when I told him I was going to stay inside and do nothing in this heat.  He knows I can't "do nothing" very well.  it was much, much more difficult when I was heavy and had a bad knee.  My reason for surgery, actually both WLS and knee, was to get my life back.  I'm getting there.

I bought a peach protein that made me gag....fuzzy navel does that to me too.  I gave it to a friend of Gina's.  I hope she liked it.

More carbs that protein?  They say that if you are going to eat a Carb to eat a protein with it...

Next time you get carby I would add in another Protein drink.
