    Sorry I've been MIA for the last month.  Too much stress and too many ilfe changes for 1 person.  I'm settling in so I should be back here on a regular basis.  I really miss you guys and I need the support. 

    I went hiking and canyoneering with my husband (ex?) and my stepdaughter this weekend.  I left them in my dust!  It was awesome.  There are places here is Utah called slot canyons where you hike through the fissures in rocks and mountains.  We rapelled down some slots last year but I was too big to fit through some so we had to modify our trip.  This year I made it through every slot including the ones we couldn't do last year.  I will try to post some pictures on here.  I wish we had a video, but a slot I got stuck in last year I was able to turn a complete 180 in this year!  It was awesome!

    That is a great NSV and it sounds like good stress relief too.  Glad you are back and glad you had a good time.

     It must be the best feeling to re-do something that you were not able to do because of one's weight!  I have always been embarrassed about tandem skydiving with my weight but I am looking forward to doing it for my 45th birthday!  Those are truly NSV!
