Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
Join us on the Lightweights Board!
Hurray, hurray. 
It's fun to reach goals and even more fun to watch them and wave to them and you go lower. don't know your statistics but unless you are at the bottom of a normal BMI, just keep on keeping on. Your body has a better idea when to stop than you do more than likely. My first goal was 140 and I ended up around 115. Amazing. so celebrate with a protein shake and keep on keeping on.

64 yrs young, 4'11" hw 220, goal 115, met at 12 months, cw 123 learning Maintainance
Awesome!!!!! I can remember what a great feeling it was when I reached the goal I set for myself right after surgery. Like Price said don't stop unless you are the bottom of your BMI.
