It's fun to reach goals and even more fun to watch them and wave to them and you go lower. don't know your statistics but unless you are at the bottom of a normal BMI, just keep on keeping on. Your body has a better idea when to stop than you do more than likely. My first goal was 140 and I ended up around 115. Amazing. so celebrate with a protein shake and keep on keeping on.
